Note on status: These Terms are in effect as of the date above and reflect how Laumika actually operates today. We are finalizing our policies with legal counsel and may refine this page; the current version is accurate and binding.

1. What Laumika Is

Laumika is a professional creator directory that connects creators, brands, and agencies. Creators build verified profiles showcasing their work, experience, audience, and business contact information. Brands can discover talent, unlock verified business contacts, and post campaign opportunities. Creators can post and discover opportunities to collaborate with one another. Agencies can manage creator profiles, represent talent, and connect them with new opportunities. Laumika is the professional identity layer for the creator economy — bringing discovery, hiring, and collaboration into one trusted platform.

By accessing or using Laumika, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Laumika.

By using Laumika you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts and Profiles

3.1 Account types

Laumika offers creator, brand, and agency accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Seeded (pre-created) creator profiles

To build the directory, Laumika may create creator profiles using information drawn from creators’ own public profiles and other public sources. Where a creator has publicly listed a business contact, we may record it; any such contact is stored in gated form and is not displayed publicly.

If a profile has been created for you:

You may claim it and take ownership of it.
You may edit or update it once claimed.
You may request its removal at any time, whether or not you claim it, by contacting us at contact@laumika.com.

3.3 Information about third parties

A profile may include information about people who are not Laumika users — for example, a creator’s manager or agent, a testimonial source, or a named brand contact. If your information appears in a profile and you are not its owner, you may contact us at contact@laumika.com to request its correction or removal. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle third-party information.

4. Content and Ownership

4.1 Publicly-sourced profile information

Seeded profile information is drawn from public sources and is hosted on the basis that it is publicly available. Creators retain any rights they hold in that information, and may claim, edit, or request removal as described in Section 3.2.

4.2 Content you provide

When you claim a profile or add, edit, or upload content to Laumika (for example, updated bios, portfolio items, additional details, or opportunities you post), you retain ownership of that content. By providing it, you grant Laumika a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and in connection with the Laumika platform for the purpose of operating the directory and its features. This license ends when you delete the content or your profile.

4.3 You are responsible for your content

You represent that you have the rights to any content you provide — including the right to include any third party’s name or information — and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use / Content Standards

Laumika is a professional, safe-for-work platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

NSFW / adult / sexually explicit content of any kind, anywhere on the platform — including profiles, portfolios, collaboration posts, opportunity listings, messages, and any other content. Laumika displays and permits SFW (safe-for-work) content only.
Fake, impersonating, or misleading profiles — you may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, audience, or affiliation.
Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or threats toward any user.
Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting Laumika’s data or user data by any automated means without our written permission. (For clarity: this restriction governs youruse of the platform. Laumika’s own creation of seeded profiles from public sources, described in Section 3.2, is a separate activity governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.)
Circumventing the platform’s security or access controls, including the verified-contact gating.
Illegal activity or use of the platform to facilitate it.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our discretion.

6. Verified Contacts and Opportunities

Brands and agencies may access verified creator business contacts through the platform. Contact information is gatedand revealed only to signed-in users through Laumika’s controlled reveal flow. We intend to introduce paid unlocks in the future (see Section 7). Contact information accessed through Laumika is provided for legitimate business-outreach purposes only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for spam or unlawful purposes.

7. Fees and Payment

Laumika is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we will provide notice and update these Terms and any applicable payment terms before charging you.

8. Third-Party Services

Laumika relies on third-party service providers to operate — hosting, database/authentication, and email delivery. Your use of Laumika is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared with these providers. Laumika does not use third-party analytics or advertising services.

9. Disclaimers

Laumika is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any profile, contact information, opportunity, or other content on the platform, including seeded profiles drawn from public sources.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF Limited, LLC and its officers, members, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Laumika.

11. Termination

You may stop using Laumika and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works and the distinction between deleting your login and deleting your profile content). We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
